The syrup that you distribute is so much cheaper than the known major brands, is it as good and what are the lead times?
Sample for yourself at many locations, talk directly with the Publicans, Club Secretaries, Restaurant or Cafe Owners e.g., that have used the syrup for many years. The quality is
very good
, which reinforces the value of our offering. We can also offer Lemon Line & Bitters and an Orange Juice that I firmly believe is the very best on the market. This of course is in addition to the standard range of flavours that the major suppliers provide as well. With regards to lead times, we have yet to delay dispatch by more than one business day. We ship Australia wide with national carriers. To minimise lead times we are in discussions with various distributors in each state to offer the product at a local level.
Is the equipment you use as reliable and what service support infrastructure is available?
We use the same suppliers and of course the real difference is that the equipment is new not pre-owned. On handover we provide an agreement of our obligations, suggested maintenance programmes, and service providers contacts details within your region. We have access to a trained and accredited nationwide service network.
We get the equipment, service and various forms of rebates in most instances for free?
It is not for free. Let me show you the impact all these so called "free offers" are having on your bottom line. At the conclusion of our discussions, if you are not at the very
least 30%
better off with our proposal, then I am wasting your time.
We are interstate, do you site survey?
Yes, a local contractor who will be your service provider will provide this service.

There are so many brands who quote varying production and storage figures, which makes our purchasing decisions to complex?
Simply ask them to quote production over a 24 hour period at the same air & water temperatures. By doing so it makes your comparison analysis much easier. For example some imported models quote a much higher production capacity, but fail to advise you that the air & water inlet temperatures are based on European conditions. The warmer the air and inlet water temperature is, the less ice the unit will make per hour.
How much Ice do I need?
We can assist you by utilising a reference table that calculates usage requirements whether it be for display, chilling or consumption purposes.
Why do Ice Machines require water filters?
Because minerals will precipitate on heat transfer surfaces, limescale deposits will develop on the evaporator (where the ice is formed). The limescale build up will insulate the evaporator from efficient heat transfer and may result in wet ice, thin ice and sometimes no ice at all. In some regions our potable water is treated with Chlorine, which can pit and corrode some evaporators. Have you ever noticed the taste and odors that the ice cubes in your home freezer absorb? Enough of the technical stuff, put quite simply, a filter that costs approximately $130.00 will ensure your unit complies with installation standards, and that the warranty under the terms and condition of sale within normal conditions will be provided.
